Replacement Policy
- Submit Replacement Requisition Form
- Receive email from Nature In A Box
- Return item via express shipping within 2 business days if the requisition is approved
- Log in to check replacement status
- We will replace if the item sent is not tally with order invoice, or the item is defective.
- Buyer has to fill up the Replacement Requisition Form (link) within 24 hours upon receipt of parcel and decision will be made and sent to buyer via email within 24 hours.
- If the replacement requisition is approved, an approval code will be sent via email and buyer has to return the wrong/ defective item together with receipt by express shipping within 2 business days. Please indicate the approval code on the receipt.
- We will bear the postage of item returned in the form of voucher, and postage for replacement item will be exempted.
- The return postage is fixed at the rate as follows:
- Same item will be replaced for defective item. If the item is out of stock, buyer could request for replacement by other lower/ equivalent/ higher selling price items where shortage amount will be refunded in voucher form and/ or excess amount has to be topped up by buyer.
- If the replacement item is out of stock and buyer would prefer a refund, we will refund the product price in voucher form only. Postage is not eligible for refund.
- Item cannot be replaced/ exchanged if:
- It is not returned together with receipt
- It is not in its original condition, tag and packaging
- It has slight discolouration or scratches on the packaging
- It is ordered wrongly
- It is damaged during shipment
- If parcel is lost during shipment, we will report to the shipping company. Compensation is subject to shipping company’s decision.
- Nature in a box reserves the right to change our return policies and/ or reject any exchange request for any reason without prior notice. Should there be any dispute, Nature In A Box’s decision will be final.
