- Submit Bank-in Notification Form after you have successfully made the payment.
- Log in to check shipment status
- We are using express shipping by Pos Laju Malaysia or Skynet (depends on area) for all our orders. However, we do offer registered parcel (eParcel)service for both domestic and international orders which is cheaper.
- Tracking number will be provided after delivery. Please log in to your account and check your order status.
- Once you received the tracking number, please call the nearast Poslaju Center or Skynet Center to check the delivery status. Poslaju Center numbers are available here, Skynet Center numbers are available here.
- Order will be processed on theánext working day after receiving payment. Any delay in delivery will be informed.
- For cheque deposit, we request additional 2-3 working days for cheque clearance.
- For inter-bank online transfer, please allow 1-2 working days to ensure payment is debited into our account.
- For international order, please email your order and we will send you a paypal link for payment.
