2. Place order
3. Make payment within 24 hours
4. Submit Bank-in Notification Form after you have successfully made the payment.
5. Log in to check shipment status

• We are using express shipping by Pos Laju Malaysia for all our orders. However, we do offer registered parcel service for international orders which is cheaper.
• Tracking number will be provided after delivery. Please log in to your account and check your order status.
• Once you received the tracking number, please call the nearast Poslaju Center to check the delivery status. Poslaju Center numbers are available here.
• Order will be processed on the next day after receiving payment.
• For cheque deposit, we request additional 2-3 working days for cheque clearance.
• For inter-bank online transfer, please allow 1-2 working days to ensure payment is debited into our account.

Local Express Shipping by PosLaju

* Delivery standard of next working day for domestic is applicable only for areas covered by Poslaju Centers. For other areas, the delivery standard is within 2 to 3 days.
